LA DOLCEVITA - A closer look at out getaway at Pomonte Castle

Hello everyone!

I can't believe I'm finally having some time to dedicate to my blog! 

Hope you all have seen (and enjoyed) the last new dolcevita issue on swide. com =) 

As I said in the preview I published on THEBLOG facebook page, today I'm going to share with you some more photos... 

Watching at these pictures, thinking of all the great memories I collected so far, I can't escape thinking that I was just a kid when I started THEBLOG and now 5 years have gone by already and I'm 21!

I'm growing, we are all growing, and time passes by so fast and we totally have to seize the day (carpe diem!) and live, live, live as if every day was the last day of our life! 

It might sound obvious and I'm sure you've heard this before, but I believe there are a really few and simple things we should always keep in mind to achieve happiness, and no doubt this is one of them. 

Dolcevita is a state of mind. Get your dolcevita started!

Gerard and I - Icanteachyou in Rome!

It was summer 2008 when I met Gerard Estadella for the first time... 

I've always been a great fan of Icateachyouhowtodoit.com and I must admit that I was pretty excited about being featured on it for the first time... 

It seems yesterday but it's almost 5 years now since that happened!

I was so happy when I received the mail from Gerard saying that he was going to come to Rome for a weekend... Unfortunately I had my ticket to Milan booked the day after the party he was coming for, so we basically had just one night to enjoy together :/ 

I kind of feel that Gerard is one of those who believed in me from the beginning and that's why I'm so attached to him and, even if I don't see him much, everytime we meet it feels like I've seen him the day before....

He's a great photographer and he's gone so far and will go further. 

I'm so proud of being one of his "camera babies", 

and even if I grew up now

 I still can see that 17yo zestful dreamer in his photos every time he shoot me.

A&C Bday Party - Iphone shots

Since I wanted to follow ADR's rules I didn't take anything with me but my Iphone!

And guys it's been so hard to take a few nice pics, among all the flashes, strobo lights and people dancing...
